- Do you offer an API?
- On request. API access is set up company by company, with its own keys and a written scope. It is not a public, self-serve API: tell us what you need to connect and we say plainly, in writing, what we can set up for your company before you pay anything.
- Can you replace our current vendor inside our product?
- Tell us which vendor you use and what you need. We say honestly whether it fits and what the move involves, because switching vendor always means reconnecting your product.
- What does it cost?
- Business / API starts from $0.30 per signed document. The rate for your volume is agreed in writing before you pay anything. All plans are on the pricing page.
- Do you have a SOC 2 report?
- No. We answer security questionnaires in writing and agree what you need before anything goes live.
- Where is our data stored?
- Hosting and data-location questions are answered in writing while we scope your request.
